PokJoke – Connecting People Through Play in a Time of Distance
During the COVID-19 pandemic, social connection became more important than ever. At Ideaby Design Studio, we took this challenge as an opportunity to create PokJoke—a social online mobile game designed to bring people together, no matter where they were in the world.
PokJoke was built as an interactive multiplayer experience where a game host could invite friends, family, or even strangers from across the globe to join in and play together. Designed for virtual gatherings, it allowed people to stay connected, laugh, and engage in fun challenges—all in real-time.
Whether for casual hangouts, game nights, or spontaneous online meetups, PokJoke became a virtual space for entertainment, laughter, and connection during a time of isolation. This project is a testament to our passion for designing meaningful digital experiences that bring people closer, even when they’re apart.
